kihl Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 So I have this awesome pink and blue stain on one of my pockets, looks like a Rocket Popsicle now! Wont come out! I'm going to get new pockets later (off white), but for now just wondering if you guys had any weathering ideas to cover a smudge like that? ...More dirt? ...Ewok blood stain that trickles down pocket? I don't want to add anything to the rest of the armor just this one pocket. AND what materials should I use to do the weathering correctly on fabric?? Any help will be appreciated! Quote
jabbasdead Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 have you tried one of those Tide or Clorox "pens" to see if you can get it out? Quote
jabbasdead Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 ah, well I am glad I suggested it after you did it... Quote

Guest TREADEC Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Just to let you know for weathering on all my Scout i used 'Artists Pastels' ground to a dust then smudged over the parts, trying to copy reference images from the movies. For finer lines used a ladies cosmetic blusher brush slightly wet then feathering the brush stokes. Cheers. Quote
