lonewolf
Hi Clare, have you tried to find 3M speedglas bolts? Anything else will be inaccurate, the correct size is the same as a Pound coin if this helps. Folks use taped up washers, plastic covers , machined bolts etc.

RPGreg
I have a thread on this w/ a part number and everything from Lowe's. I'll see if I can find the link. Greg I couldn't find the original thread, but I did find the pic I took on my Photobucket site: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66/RPGre...pleBoltInfo.jpg I just turned the existing bolt from inside to the outside and hot-glued this part onto the bolt head. The original nut holds it on the inside now. Hope this helps. Greg
Dart
sorry to be a dunce but whats the diameter and depth of the cover ? The covers are 7/8" in diameter and about 3/32" in depth (22mm x 2.5mm)
ArtFrane
Are these no longer available then? I read somewhere else on the forums that 3M has made the bolts black now:http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Health/Safety/Products/Catalog/?PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LES9MG812H2_nid=MBT2FXJJJFgsQQFFG1G8R7gl6DNLTDJ6MFbl
