darren1970 Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Now those are lookin very much like Kenneth Cole soles now mate. Nice Got me wondering whether to order a set of wolverines or wait for crowe to finish his KST boots?
Jimah Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 The sole is a great design, looks great! How do you plan to colour the soles? (Will spray paint take?)
darren1970 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 The sole is a great design, looks great! How do you plan to colour the soles? (Will spray paint take?) I've experimented with some soles and I've found that a little tub of acrylic paint, mixed 50/50 with PVA glue seems to pretty durable.
Jimah Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Oh good tip, thanks Darren! I went nuts trying to find boots with tan soles to mod, thinking the soles wouldn't take paint too easily. Good to know that it can be done!
