i was at the local cowboy boot store the other day and noticed alot of work boots are starting to have soles the resemble the kenneth cole boots.

The sole is a great design, looks great! How do you plan to colour the soles? (Will spray paint take?)

I've experimented with some soles and I've found that a little tub of acrylic paint, mixed 50/50 with PVA glue seems to pretty durable.

Oh good tip, thanks Darren! I went nuts trying to find boots with tan soles to mod, thinking the soles wouldn't take paint too easily. Good to know that it can be done!
