Ducman82
Being that i live on an air force base, i have access to lots of black flight suits. do they meet Lancer status with the recommended mods? i hear flight suits can be baggy. Witness
If the suit fits snuggly it will pass Lancer. Too many people wear the flight suits and the material bulges out around the knees and elbows and looks horrible. If the needed mods are done and it fits well, it will pass. Lancer is more about the overall appearance than it is about using the parts that someone else uses or recommends. I'm a large guy and getting a flight suit that will fit my shoulders and waist will look like a tent on my arms and legs. I didn't really answer the question did I? Hmmm, ok, flight suits can pass, if they look right. Even more ambiguous...
Ducman82
I have a few emails sent to a few racing buddies about racing suits. i use to wear a Simpson racing set up when i drag raced years ago, but that was about as baggy as flight suit. you did not answer the question, but you did... :-) got to have a good base to start with. Witness
I wear this one: http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Safety-Racin...-Suit,2466.html The original screen used suits were Esprit Freedom motorcycle racing suits. No longer made regretably.
Spider
I got a flight suit and yes, it's baggy. But will be upgrading to a racing suit, b/c it's starting to bug me. So, I think if you want to go Lancer (I'm not) then go straight for the racing suit and bypass the flightsuit and all the mods needed. Guest Ysanne
on that suit did you have to do any changes? Witness
on that suit did you have to do any changes? Just remove the logo patches and it's good to go for basic scout. Lancer requires a few additions.

Guest Ysanne
Okay. Lancer is he the one that all GML has to go after? Just remove the logo patches and it's good to go for basic scout. Lancer requires a few additions.
