Thanks, John. :)

Yea, it's been quite a challenge, but a ton of fun though!

The first one was pretty tricky, alot of trail and error, but after I got the right needles, thread, the sewing machine dialed in and figured out the steam pressing trick, it's still a bit of work, but it went together a heck of alot smoother and faster than the first one.

Thanks, Anthony. I'm hoping someone else can get some use out of it, or even help better the procedure.

Actually, Justin, this is only the third time I've ever used a sewing machine in my life.

Like I said...alot of trial and error and I just go real slow.

I was just trying to convey that I don't have years of experience, or any type of superior sewing skills.

If I can do this, anybody can. ;)

A lot of work, but totally worth it! I think anyone who got the skills to use a sewing machine, could do these mods without a hitch! Great work, Mike! New life for the JC Whitney Gloves!

To the MOD staff, somebody pin this thread. We cannot afford to loose this thread!

Thanks, Guys, I really appreciate that. :)

My main intention for posting the steps and pics was to encourage others to try the mod themselves and improve upon what I've done.

It was a bit of work, but necessity is the Mother of Invention, and right now, I've got more time than money.

MikeC23 removed it after he lost a discussion about the racing suit. I'll lock the post so it falls to the bottom.
