bluecyclone
We will review and get back to you. The boots will need work. They appear too wrinkled and too wide at the calf. Here is what the boot should look like: As compared to this:
BrotherHalo
As Mike mentioned, the boots are too "floppy" - it looks like a softer (cloth-backed) vinyl was probably used for your boots. There's nothing wrong with that as long as they have the nice stiff leather look to them.
BigDeal
I've worked on improving one of my boots so that the sides are less wrinkled, reinforced the inside for a stiffer look over-all and made them less wide at the calf. I would like to know if I re-worked the other boot to look like this if they would be acceptable for Lancer.

I am not sure if you can unwrinkle that softer vinyl, most I have seen try just end up replacing with the heavier material. Stuff is like $5 a yard at Walmart. Anything less than stellar and I doubt they will give it a pass. Good luck.
BigDeal
Lancer Review Panel, I would like to know if you require anything other than the boots to be modified for my costume to be granted Lancer status. If the boots are all that is needed, I will purchase a pair of custom made boots from Witness. I'd like to know this up-front, to save me from frustration of - great boots, but now fix this... that I've seen in other threads. Thanks.
bluecyclone
Some items can only be mended so much. I still say no on the boots as they are. I would either try to make another pair or buy the premade one.

No, you don't need to purchase from me. You just need to have boots made from the right material. Your boots are made from a vinyl that appears to crack and fold when bent. You need something more like this: http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog/product...PRODID=prd23669 in white 4789087.

I know that I don't have to purchase from you. I would choose to buy your pre-made boots because I don't want to make new ones. I'm still deciding what I want to do. I'll post detailed pics of the t-bits later today.
Witness
Zach, how many vertical stitches on your cummerbund? Can you show me a picture without your pouches? Don't have to wear it, flat cummerbund will work.

4505Marcel
The seven are there, but cannot be seen when its on as two are hidden by the edge of the pouches. It would be better to re do the stitch lines and bring them closer togther, to make the seven more visable. I wonder if the flight suit bagginess could be taken in a touch around your thighs also as it is quite large there?
