I'd like to know if a biker scout could have a SE14R blaster as seen on other troopers on second blaster ??

EB71 on the boot holster and the SE14R on hands ? Like troopers with sniper rifle...

My understanding is that if you're a canon scout, then it's just the holdout blaster. But if you're not at a canon event, you can probably do whatever you'd like.

What do you mean by "Canon Scout" ? It's a standard scout, correct ?

Canon scout:

 

1. One following the look of the movies, with only details and props that were seen in the actual movies. That means only accepted weapon for "canon scout" is the hold-out blaster in boot holster.

 

2. One that has been seen hauling Canon-brand photo equipment in troopings.
