Nice one Ski.

Gonna show this to my wife so I can get the thigh pockets done shortly.

I would be happy to show close up pics and the "template" I used and measurements if it would help.

That does look good. Wouldn't mind joining your ranks some day. Just seems like a lot of work hehe.

ok, so I'm going to try to dye my pants and shirt tonight. Does anyone have any advice they would like to add? I know this has been covered and that a bucket or the washing machine can be used. There has not been anything mentioned lately and I'm just wondering if anyone has any updated comments for the good of the group. I have 2 packs each of the Rit powder dark brown and black. I also have a sink that I can use as a " large bucket" in my laundry room. And I wont mind if it Dye's the plastic of the sink a little. I like the sink idea because if i am not happy with the result, I can put the clothes back in and not have to add more powder.

I used a large bucket to dye mine in.

I left the camo in the dark brown for the whole required time, but when it came to the black dying I took them out after about 20 mins.

So they are drying after first round of dark brown and I am a little nervous they may be too dark. Either that or I may not need the black which could be good. Any of you notice they lighten up when they dry. 1 pack dry Rit + 3 gallons hot water + 30 min in sink. I can still see the pattern.

I used all of the dark brown, let it completely dry out and then used all of the black and let that dry completely also. I noticed when I did mine, it appeared darker because it was wet. After it dried, it did fade but it gives you the color which is preferred.

Looks pretty good dude. This costume is awesome. Soon enough I'll be able to start my own WIP thread.

I'm sure you'll find plenty of help here. Just ask.

If I have questions I'll ask. I've scoured this forum for a couple of months now so I have a goos grasp of what needs to be done.

But, help is appreciated.
