Guest MikeC23 Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 You can see here the the sleeve of the vest is folded/ rolled up.... ....and the top of the folded sleeve should sit directly along the bottom of the bell. It should run flush, parallel to the edge of the bell, not underneath it. Quote
