Lancer Questions (Black Vest and Mandarin Collar)

In the Lancer costume specs, I saw the following 2 items that I was curious about...

 

"A black vest with padded, ribbed biceps worn over the under suit, but under the torso armor."

 

"Mandarin style (or similar) collar that can be raised up to help conceal the neck and would preferably have an enclosing strap to keep the neck concealed."

 

Does anyone have examples of these or know where to find items like these? I'm wondering what they look like, with the costume, as well.

Well, the flak vest is available through a couple of members here and the mandarin-style collar is usually the option for some of the racing suits a few of the members here use.
