2" elastic strapping ?

I have searched every fabric store in the area and cannot

I need it for an adjustable connection for my chest armor it's SC

Any links someone could share? Or have about a foot extra somewhere they could send me?

Are you looking for the strap that keeps the two halves together (from the bottom)? That's no wider that 1.5". Heck, the elastic I use on my armour is only 1" wide elastic.
