You're right, the crotch was driving me nuts. I saw plenty of scouts at the convention, but none of them had that problem. I think I have to replace it/make it longer to give me some more room. I was trying to solve that issue in my head and thought I'd have to reinforce it with some wire or something.

 

Now that you mention it the biceps do look as big as the shoulders. How would I go about making the shoulders stand out more? Glue foam to them or something like that?

 

Yea pretty much that exact thing. The crotch thing just needs to be slackened off so it doesnt pull as tight. Id just glue/stitch an elastic spacer in the strap somewhere. And yea a few foam spacers (blocks of foam glued to the inside of the shoulders) will make your shoulders appear broader. Dont overdo it though or you'll look like something from dallas :lol:

 

Like arch said if you can you could probably do with bending the biceps in a little more either by tightening the strap or preferably bending the plastic under heat. If it was me id also be tempted to trim an inch or so off the 'top' of them too

Once I make all the changes I'll post pictures for you guys. In the meantime, I have been accepted into the 501st legion. I am now TB 3648 in the Canadian Garrison. WOOHOO! I'll apply to get access to the 501st portion of these forums.

WOW!! Fantastic !!! It's nice to see everybody turning out with an awesome uniform! Patience paid off.
