kashyyyk trooper/pathfinder 501st shirt discussion.

i am going to try to get some kashyyyk trooper shirts made. i am wanting to hear from you guys on what you like to see on the shirts.

KST of course,....A Basic Shirt....put a KST as in your profile pic ...l like that pose and they your famous statement

The FEW, THE PROUD, THE KST.....at this point we are still a few! Any better ideas.

You could have both... I'd stick with the droids for now.

 

Get a camo T-shirt similar to the dyed BDUs and then have the graphic and the tagline.

I was abt to say, would be nice to have a kinda "swampy" type back ground... some how I dont think Tom's back yard looks very kashyyyk like!

 

 

I would also like a basic t-shirt behind - eg like black - so as not to detract from the Trooper himself

if it says 501st, Kayshyyyk trooper, or bikerscout or have any of the icons it would be for 501st members only as per Legions rules and their agreement with LFL. It was the same problem I had for the shirt we are currently selling.

well my idea is the front of the shirt to have the logo patch brother halo has been working on for the front. the KT 501st pathfinder logo.

 

then on the back a KT with the phrase" the few , the proud, the kashyyyyk troopers. 501st pathfinders.

 

i was thinking of a olive drab shirt , but to much green so i am thinking black instead. what do you guys think?

the black would be nice IMO, almost like the undersuit but there are some people that are getting tired of black t-shirt. Unless you were to go with brown or mocca color, something complimentary to your color scheme. Black, Brown or White are probably going to be your best bet. I can't see it on a Red, Blue or Yellow shirt.

Yes, I hear that all the time now about black shirts ...I like brown, mocca, or white would be nice something different , not black.

I like the Kashyyyk Pathfinder logo on the front in its green colors like Tom suggested. "The Few, the Proud, The Kashyyyk Troopers" quote somewhere on the back in green lettering, with a possible design of a KST in action. (Running, shooting...something like that.)

 

How about British Desert tan camo for the color of the shirt....and then we dye the shirt dark brown ourselves. Just kidding!

 

Hmmm...no really, a brown or mocha as suggested, to keep the "ground" forces look.

I'd go for a brown shirt. That would be a welcomed change.

I'd prefer brown, it's a nice change and much more fitting for the KST. Though if the shirts are for 501st only members then it looks like I won't be getting one for a while. I'm still waiting on armor so I can move forward.

mr B, do you have artwork already for consideration or were you just getting a feel for things? A KT on brown shirts has a few of us up North looking forward to see what you have in mind.

I would be in for one if it were to be made. I agree with the majority that a brown or olive background would preferable for the t shirt.

 

Just some suggestions of mine:

 

1) Left breast kashyyyk logo...same as the patch but to be of a single color like black or white

 

2) Back image, maybe we could use MB profile shot and make it to a line art as its pretty cool looking, followed by the text at the bottom "The few the Proud, The Kashyyyk Troopers"

I am about due for a new trooper shirt and a Kashyyyk shirt would be great! I would think brown would be best, other than that I am open to anything. We could even look at doing a kashyyyk/original scout trooper combo where they are posing with their backs up to each other.
