tk 7261 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 this was my very first expirence sewing. at least with a sewing machine. i sewed every single strip on. it took a while but its very sturdy below: here is me pinning the first strip into place. below: the finished product after about 4 hours of work. im surprised how well this came out for my first sewing endeavor. its fits well and i like the look.

I had a heck of a time getting someone at Jo-Ann Fabric to talk to me about the specifications on the machine I purchased last year instead of my wife. The sales woman kept insisting on talking to my wife about what the machine could do. Once you've done a few items, you'll wonder why you never learned before.
