GBX's painted KST style.

i did a real quick paint up on some gbx's i have just to see what they will look like with the right colors. keep in mind that most of the boot will be covered in armor. also that the boots will have some black coming through according to the reference pics.

Nice. Will the buckles be covered up?

the top one will be covered. i am worried about the bottom one. i think the botoom one might stick out. worse case is i have to cut off the bottom one.

Jonathan - I understand all the excitement of a new costume. But seriously mate - its all in the research. Its even easier since theres only so few threads on KST boots at the moment.

 

the exact name eludes me - as they are out of production anyways. They were called double buckle boots or GBX2s or something similiar. Thats a freebie - but my advice would be to read through all the available threads in the KST. Its all kinda new, and we are all still making suggestions.

 

good luck in your research. the hunt for a more widely available boot is still goign on.

Tom? What's the name for that particular design of boot? I know they're GBX's but do they have a model/design name?
