bluecyclone
First issue that needs to be addressed is your helmet bolts, KS helmets do not come with the correct ones, those will need to be replaced with more accurate bolts.

Witness
I'm getting a complex waiting to hear. If nothing, my costume is sturdy, spent 7 hours playing laser tag against the public for Make A Wish yesterday and my costume didn't fall apart. Sweet. TB-1019
Hey, Dave. In looking at the photo below, I took keen interest in your thigh straps. Can you tell us if they are webbing or elastic, and can you give us their width, please?
Witness
Hey, Dave. In looking at the photo below, I took keen interest in your thigh straps. Can you tell us if they are webbing or elastic, and can you give us their width, please? Those were an odd find. It is an inch and a half width elastic that is almost as firm as a piece of webbing. I found it in a bin at Jo Ann's when I was looking around for elastic for a chin cup. I never did do a chin cup. I found this stretchy webbing material and used it because I thought the webbing would be too stiff and I would rip it out when I bent my leg too far, and that an all elastic would be too stretchy and eventually stretch out from kids grabbing at me. I hope it's acceptable, it works great on the legs, tight enough, but not too tight.
TB-1019
Thanks for explaining that, Dave. If they were webbing, we'd have to ask those to be replaced. We'll get back with you soon.

bluecyclone
glad it's acceptable, NEXT! Just to verify, your material on the crotch is suede or suede-like correct? It looks shiny in the photo and gives the look of being silky. Also, remove the white "lip" from the back of your bucket. Other than that,

I didn't like the look of the faux suede. It is actual suede, just very thin and dyed very dark. I may replace it with some from Tandy at some point if it doesn't wear as nicely as I hope. It should fade and roughen up as time goes. The shininess is not apparent in person. Also, white lip will be gone!
