Falcon-One
do they come in any other color then black?
Heatshock
dont think so - at the moment a few emails have been sent off to ask more questions. but colour alone shouldnt be a big problem official UK government issue police gloves for crowd control are the top 2 bottom 2 are motocycle gloves - black only
Acrylikhan
The top two DEFINITELY HAVE THE LOOK! The second one more than the first. Are these available to all or UK residents only? With the new information I have on the gloves, these would work out splendidly.
Heatshock
either way Frank - if u cant get em directly, I am happy to get some sorted for US troopers will call em monday to see abt availability and sizing both sites say they will post internationally: (1) the top one costs £34 (abt $52) and is ex-police items; so they are used http://shop2.actinicexpress.com/shops/X_Me...ListPageIndex=2 (2) this is a uk prop company that does them , and only cost £16!! (abt $25) http://www.policelot.com/uniform_clothing.htm for u US guys, the breakthrough for me came when I searched using RIOT GLOVES - it gives up all these padded type gloves. some info on UK glove sizing too: UK Glove Sizing: Extend your hand flat and with a tailor's measuring tape, wrap it around the strongest hand just below the knuckles and fingers, but above the thumb and make a loose fist. Round the measurement up to the nearest inch and refer to the following conversion for your approximate glove size. 8" Small 9" Medium 10" Large 11" XLarge 12" XXLarge pm's going to Frank and TOm Billy - u're in UK, but you think more interest can be sparked in UKG? Nate ps omg - have I FINALLY made a useful contribution to the forums???? does that mean I can stay now? ;P

Heatshock
right update on emails sent no replies from the prop supplier guy and delving into the background, he has had some issues in teh past abt selling 'police-like' stuff. So still waiting as he seems to supply the closest looking glove for the cheapest price. got a reply from the guy who supplies this glove and they look very similiar but cost a whopping £36.43. Ah I love living in the UK. updates as I get em guys. and falcon - nice base, but wot would u suggest for the second pad?
mrbungle
those look pretty good if you can remove the finger padding.
Heatshock
Falcon - I was lookin at the pair of gloves u posted they coud work if we sew on an extra leather pad or potentially a resin plate like the TKs or regular clones?
Falcon-One
I was thinking the same thing, and of course they would have to be dyed grey.
Heatshock
progressing on from previosu thoughts - if we are thinking of using a nice base leather glove to paste on grey rubber greebs - here are some nice candiates http://www.silvermans.co.uk/ProductDetails...04/Default.aspx GLOVES CLASSIC LEATHER M/CYCLE or the ones closer to teh bottom right of the selection the LEATHER MOTORCYCLE GAUNTLETS
Lonescout
Okay...confused newbie time.... I was under the impression that the Esprit (or fan-made Espree) gloves were the only ones acceptable. But judging by the excitement over these alternatives (nice hunting btw), they could be cost-effective gloves fo rthe budget-conscious trooper. Esprit Gloves(Espree) are for the Biker scouts not for the KST. Their are no real world gloves for the KST. Theirfore, this is one build out of several KST Build threads!
