Falcon-One
Hello all. This section has been quiet for a while, but I myself have not given up my quest for a B.A.R.C Trooper outfit. I have started slow, but I'm working on it. I have my helmet, the thin one (see helmet help) and now am on the quest for the undersuit. I have found a company that may have the right design for the undersuit, Tell me what you think, And yes I will have to darken it.

Denman I really like that You're right about darken it down maybe with some gray so the camo just shows through. I 'm in the same boat as you, I may have an helmet on it's way to me but I really don't know what I'm going to do about the body armour. As anyone any news about other suppliers yet? Falcon-One
O.K. I have been quiet for a while now about the under suit, however I think I have found a new fabric that just might work. It is 3 tone black camo patren and I dyed it brown. Tell me what you all think.

Peaches_DC
For camo patterns like that... just visit your local military surplus store. They should have every patter your heart desires. It would be a good idea to see if you can find one that suits this costume. Personally (and I don't have much experience with the BARC/KS) I think that gray/black 3 color looks great after you dyed it brown. It wouldn't be terribly hard to dye an entire shirt or pant. You may be onto something there!

Thanks, I'm just trying to get the groups permision/acceptance to go forward for the Kashyyyk undersuit with this pattren.
mrbungle
don't wait for that. if it looks right to you, move forward. if i waited on that kind of stuff i would still be at the begining of my KS project. you can always upgrade to a better pattern later. Holdfast
I found that British desert cam, dyed with a grey did the trick for me. Sorry, no pics. Hey Mr Bungle, looking forward to your kit coming out!
