I am wondering who sells the most accurate shoretrooper helmet and armor? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!!

The most accurate kit is sold by Imperial Surplus.

However if you 3d print there are options that are even more accurate.  Namely the Mr Paul armor files and the Nico Henderson helmet files

Thanks for the info, what makes Imperial surplus more accurate than 850 armor works for example?

The fact that Imperial Surplus comes closer to the dimensions and appearance of the screen used armor.

850 brands themselves as budget armor, and getting things strictly accurate is not part of their sales pitch.  It is possible to get approved using their armor, provided it meets all CRL standards, so if you are looking to save money then that might be the way to go.

Are Imperial surplus helmets made from resin or fiberglass?

I believe resin but you would need to check with them for the latest details

Seconding this - Mr Paul's armor plus Nico's helmet is second to none. Done right, they're practically indistinguishable from screen used props.

If you have access to a 3D printer, I can't recommend it enough.

This is my Nico helmet I finished last year. It was my first time making a helmet. If I can do it, so can you!

Hello from Ottawa @Moostic

Sorry to ask but I just googled a while and only see references to the Mr Paul and Nico Henderson files -- but not where to get them...?

Cheers
