Yes.  Oddly, I thought the opposite.  The weathering seems a bit light compared to the CRL/reference pics.  Maybe the second picture was in too dark of lighting.  I'll try and get a better lit situation.  Thanks for the feedback.

To get a sense of the weathering, usually the best lighting is outdoor lighting.

You're close but I would knock the weathering down just a bit.
