L0CKSTER Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 Hi guys! Just wondering if the ribbing lines on the sleeves of the vest have to be an exact measurement wide? Similar to how the cummerbund’s front 6 lines must be an inch wide. There isn’t any mention of it in the CRL so I assumed as long as they’re equal distance, it didn’t matter what that distance was, while still obviously looking within cooey Cheers! Chopper Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 It is not strictly defined, but they should be at an equal distance. Since the CRL is a visual and written guide, they should be close to what's depicted in the vest section -- in other words, something like 50mm spacing between ribs won't fly. For reference, I got my vest from KriptonTop and the ribs are spaced at 22mm. Quote
BikerScout007 Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 I'd say 1 inch is a fair guess. 1 Quote
L0CKSTER Posted October 14, 2024 Author Posted October 14, 2024 Ok sweet, I was leaning towards 1 inch spacing so I’ll stick with that thanks!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 Quote
Dart Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 My suggestion would be to figure out whatever the circumference of the sleeve is, and then equally divide it with evenly spaced lines. So, if it's 17" or about 43 cm, try for something that just looks good, probably no wider than 1". 2 Quote
