Questions about DLT-19x guidelines

I ordered a blaster from him on the 10th.  Have had no communication and now see the shop according to the Etsy site is no longer operating.

 

This is leaving me out of pocket.

The help request seems to have noticed them , issue seems to be Etsy wont like anything blaster ( so gun ) shaped to be sold without an orange cap even though its not a requirement in the EU/UK

 

Both mine and two other orders are still being shipped.

Yes he told me he had issues with Etsy policy striking down his product pages. I finally ordered mine via Etsy private custom product page. I'm waiting for it now.

That is strange, I checked on jh3175's profile who's the one I was in contact with, Etsy also says the user doesn't exist...

If you’re unable to contact him through Etsy, try reaching out to the German Garrison. I believe he’s a member. @TreeHuggerMatt do you know his full name?

I do as I eventually found his trading cards but when i tried to go via the garrison they won’t / can’t help due to EU data protection laws

I did.  Originally via the help function as I had an open order when Etsy  caused all the trouble.

If you're asking me, I contacted him directly via Etsy. I still see the conversation, but when I click on his profile, it says user doesn't exist.

I'm a bit worried as I also have a pending order with him.... Should I escalate the case to Etsy?

I didn't see I got an answer from him yesterday (Etsy didn't send any notification to me). He said his shop was deactivated for some time, but he's still working on the orders as normal.
