TreeHuggerMatt Posted June 2 Share Posted June 2 I was wiping and freshening stuff up post troop and one of my gf’s eldest , who’s also autistic , had a frustration wobble and threw a bottle of ketchup from the other side of the kitchen. Now , because it’s me , The gf had bottle of acetone which was next to me to clean some stuff off her nails. The bottle gets knocked over and runs all over the table including my helmet. ive salvaged the rest of it but the lens is goosed. However cut a scrap test piece to check and even right up close with a piece barely held in and in daylight eyes can’t be seen so I’m gonna make a proper one and fit to the helmet tomorrow looks great even in direct sunlight so will remove this and shape the better shaped one tomorrow.
