Almost finished putting bucket but visor scratched

My visor I just installed appears to be scratched quite a bit.  I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to buff out the smaller ones. If I can't get all the scratches out could that be a cause for 501st denial?

Wanna post a photo? You'd want to ask your local gml about the approval.

You might have success going through a series of polishes to buff it out, but it could make it worse. I scratched mine during install and replaced it.
