What the most easiest way to cut out the visor and ear holes on a studio creations helmet? I might take a Dremel wheel to both, get  it started and then a small sanding wheel to round out the rest, then hand sand. But not sure if there is an easier way image.thumb.jpeg.89d9830f25be17264f91f61d1452e83a.jpeg

Using a dremel is a bit of a blunt instrument. Get some lexan scissors, which will allow for much more exact cuts, especially when you're making small adjustments during the helmet fit and assembly.

Also pick up some nail files/emory boards to smooth down the edges.

Ya I was able to cut it out. I just cut a small section away and then used a Dremel for the remainder. As I got closer to the edges, I used sandpaper to smooth it out.
