Snake hook decal

Hi guys!

 

Might be a stupid question but I have no idea where the “snake hook” decal belongs on the scout armour. Could someone a lot wiser than me please let me know where this goes? If it in fact goes anywhere…

That detail only shows up on the commercially available Don Post scout helmets from the 1990s. It shouldn't be used on any scout armor or helmet for 501st approval.

I’m confused on this because I have seen that decal on every helmet in production and even used on the troopers in ROTJ.

What was on screen is a different design than what was originally asked about in the OP.
