Hi I am building a shadow scout for my son and was wondering if anyone has a pattern to stitch and produce the cummerbund.

There's no official pattern floating around for the bund, but that's probably because there isn't much to it.  It's really just a fabric rectangle.  

I did one for my daughter here:
