Hi Jordan, looks like you're making good progress. Just one thing I saw - and maybe it's because of the angle - but the right ear opening looks slightly smaller than the left one.

hey mate

Hi Jordan. Looks good overall. The only item I can see that *might* be an basic clearance issue is that the top of your butt flap ends below the belt. It might need to get re-stitched higher up, with the top edge under the belt. I would consult with your UK armor to get a read as to whether that will be an issue locally or not.

I'd also suggest adding some velcro to keep your bund pulled up.

As I said though, overall, looking good.

Cheers mate ,just ordered some sew hook and loop velcro as im going to use it 100% for the bund but also on the armour to the flightsuit as well.

Made the bund flush to the pouches , attached velcro to the bund and flank vest to stop the bund falling down as well

Added elastic on the inside of the right boot to stop the holster moving down or pulling

Nice work. For basic clearance, nothing major stands out to me. I think you need to raise your butt flap up about 1.5 - 2 inches, but your local garrison may be okay with where it is right now for Level 1.

Nothing to hold up basic approval, but you definitely have the cod crunchies happening.   The bottom of the cod should line up with the groin area without necessarily being pulled between your legs.  A longer strap may help with that:
