So hey this is my first costume and i was wondering where i can get the best material for it between Imperial Surplus or 850 Armor Works can anyone help me? :)

The best?  Imperial Surplus, hands down.   

850 is fine, but they bill themselves as budget armor.  The accuracy is not going to be there.
