Dekard
Coming from a TK, I hid the wires under my neckseal and then the wires just hung out in my armor. I tried to search but anyone got a setup for the Scout? Speaker and iComm I assume can hang out on the front armor via velcro but not sure how to route the wires. TB-61231
I did the main box / speaker under the flight suit and let the wires go up under flight suit and Balaclava.
Chopper
I've seen people put the speaker in the chest pouches, though it can weigh it down a bit and look odd. I've also heard about some people putting it into the tank on the back armor. Either way, as TB-61231 said, folks tend to end up running the wires under the flak vest and up the collar.
Aradun
Keep in mind too the fact that Scouts don’t typically use the chatter/static burst found in iComm so most just rely on an amp and mic set up in the pouch or tank as referenced above.

Yup. You can get by on just the speaker to cut down on the wiring. I have an Aker in my left pouch with the headset wire under my balaclava, routed through a small hole in my flight suit and then under my flak vest/chest armour behind the pouch.
KOtrooper
I'm planning to use a wireless mic in my setup. I use one like this for my Shore and like it. I can fine-tune the volume after everything is on to help hit that sweet-spot of loudness without feedback. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Microphone-Handheld-Amplifier-Supported/dp/B07PPDR5NT/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1WHKYL821GIIX&dchild=1&keywords=wireless+microphone+headset&qid=1627071734&sprefix=wireless+mic%2Caps%2C292&sr=8-5
