Tarok
Question going back to an earlier post…The Molotow masking markers: how do they compare to a brush on liquid mask like Humbrol?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Treganna
I just saw them on sale at the supplier I usually use, and thought 'that's a good idea- I'm having them!'. So I bought both sizes. I found them easy to use for the 'chipping' process. I did try not to overdo it, though, and followed my reference pictures carefully.
Tarok
Thanks, Steve. I like experimenting with different products. Will try pick some of these out and give them a go

Treganna
Weathered my soft parts. Not that you can really tell in this picture. KOtrooper
Baby powder and black shoe polish helped me in weathering the pants. Undershirt doesn't need it. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

Treganna
Fettling, fettling, and more fettling! (stirrups added to all soft parts, vambraces made wider, greaves prevented from rotating, and discovering that Velcro adhesive does not stick to Plastazote!) And this is BEFORE I start work to make my E22 more accurate!
Treganna
Results of fettling, and getting the correct sized gloves from Endor Finders. Large were required for me, not Mediums! I've widened the vambraces a little, and now they slide on easily, stay closed, and don't cut off the circulation to my broken wrist. vambrace-fettled 01 by Steve Purbrick, on Flickr vambrace-fettled 02 by Steve Purbrick, on Flickr
