Started on the bucket first...couple of questions

First... is the lens cutout okay (perspective wise)

Second... when lining up visor to faceplate I get a gap between the top of faceplate and visor (pic A) or do I close the gap (pic B)

Thanks in advance for any and all info and input...

Okay... I've also noticed that if I flush the faceplate with the top part of the bucket (were bolt will connect) my faceplate isnt at a straight angle (pic A) If I flush it to the angle of the ears I have a large gap on top (pic B) since the bucket was pre cut and the visor has the curved cut do I match the faceplate with the visor???😬😬😬

From what you've shown, I would go with position B. You can always shim the gap a little bit.

That said, before gluing anything, you might want to tape the faceplace assembly in place, so you don't have to hold it with your hands, and then give us a look at how it appears from the front, left, and right.

Thanks, and most indubitably... I'm using double sided tape to hold it together before any glueing.
