Squad Leader Painting measurements?

Hello, 

Now that I have started the painting the details, does anyone have the measurements for the shoulder bell? What were your techniques to ensure that you chest is in line with the shoulders?

Just dont paint the bottum blue

 

Besides that, masking tape.

 

Brown First, then saharah beige, then black, under the white area, then white. Blue over the saharah beige
