MrPoopie
If you'e interested in building a JFO Scout I have all the "extra" files available for download. This does not include the original Biker Scout armor set as you can source that elsewhere from a vendor or from 3D files. * As always, these files are for personal use only and not to be reproduced, distributed, sold, modified or used for an commercial endeavours. Mikey
Thanks so much for these files. I’m still printing armor for my daughter from your files. I’ll have to show you a picture when it’s done!

The tube on which the large switch is mounted. (see image)

It's a 1 1/4" PVC pipe (63.5cm in length) for the main body and 1/2" wooden dowel (40cm in length)) for the part that extends. There is also a hand cut piece of PVC which you can see in the pictures on the link below. This part allows the internal rod to slide freely and then "twist" lock in place when fully extended and when closed. I never found a good way to spring load the whole assembly. To make this locking mechanism work I used 2 flush head hex screws (bottom link) which are screwed in just the right amount to allow the shaft to slide in and out but also just catch the locking mechanism. You can see the hex screws next to the PVC locking mechanism. Hope that helps. https://photos.app.goo.gl/ACtCXcPyzADEwZKj7 https://www.grainger.com/product/2EVN3?gclid=CjwKCAjw26H3BRB2EiwAy32zhf03vLG6SZOd9648-Hi-MskjkYX-cEf6sLkdDHM-B9EroqpyoT45kBoCVEEQAvD_BwE&cm_mmc=PPC:+Google+PLA&ef_id=CjwKCAjw26H3BRB2EiwAy32zhf03vLG6SZOd9648-Hi-MskjkYX-cEf6sLkdDHM-B9EroqpyoT45kBoCVEEQAvD_BwE:G:s&s_kwcid=AL!2966!3!281698275774!!!g!471564520201!

Magma_Ren
Hi, what material did you use for the shoulder and flank pads? Is it a kind of leatherette or a special fabric? And what did you use for inside the pads? A thin foam? greetings Andreas😃

The padding is just a craft foam which is about 1/4" thick but you could also use a heavy batting like they use for quilting.

DarthMaumm
When I click on the Dropbox link it says the files have been deleted. This is an older post, but if you can still read this would you please consider sharing the files again? It would help me out a great deal. Tysm. I only had the files listed for free while we were creating the CRL and adjusting the files. I’ve since removed the download and offer the files for a small fee. Check out’s the link below if you’re interested. https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/hobby-diy/other/jedi-fallen-order-biker-scout
DarthMaumm
I’m interested, yes. I’m determining my print options at this point. It looks like this file has everything for the entire kit (print wise), thanks, fantastic! Can you recommend the best way to start?
DarthMaumm
I made a neck seal, could you guys have a look at it and tell me if you think it looks right? Thanks 👍
MrPoopie
The neck seal should be similar to the TK ANH neck seal which has rounded ribs as opposed to just overlapping fabric flaps (similar to Kylo Ren). I can't be sure if your neck seal is just overlapping. The image isn't high enough resolution to enlarge. 1
DarthMaumm
It wouldn’t allow me to load a higher resolution image. I’ll adjust it if I can.
MrPoopie
The forum image upload and space is pretty limited. It's usually best if you use a third party image service to host and link your images there. Just FYI

MrPoopie
You'll need to be able to link pictures here on the forum, we try to keep everything in one place so that everyone has the same access for review.
