So in the past I've trooped with some blasters that I've made myself but I'm always worried about them getting damaged, and I don't want to stress about breaking things as I troop. I've looked through some of the vendors who make blasters but I can't find the ones that make "soft" blasters, meaning they are made out of a rubber-y material. It looks like Hyperfirm and HfX Productions are out of business? They were the two that I saw making foam/rubber blasters but it doesn't look like it anymore.

Any leads would be appreciated in finding a soft/durable scout pistol or dlt-19/dlt-19x

DVH might do a run in the summer heres his thread. I own one of blasters, top notch work! He might chime in @Darth Voorhees given what's going on right now it might be a slow response.

Someone else also linked me to Praetorian Blasters. It looks like they do what Hyperfirm used to do

Correct.

The Praetorian Scout blaster is 3D scanned from a screen used blaster.

I too own a DVH blaster and echo Stroker’s sentiments. They’re top notch quality and when I received mine back in Dec. ran abt $110 with shipping.

Praetorian was the ones who ended up with some of Hyperfirms moulds correct? I remember reading something about here or the RPF.

They use a similar process with the rubber covered foam and it might involve one of the hyperfirm guys? I can't recall exactly.

I can say that I have their E11 and I've seen their DLT19 -- it's definitely not the same molds as the hyperfirm versions of those blasters. The Praetorian has much sharper details.
