Lens Replacement

Please forgive me, but I cannot find a thread that talks about a replacement lens. I remember discussing this before, but cannot find it. I'm pretty sure it was a 3M item of some sort.

I found one at a website called Acme Tools for $6.99. They are getting a shipment of them in, and will send mine out when they get them.
