ScaryGuy
I think your shirt is from the dark side closet? It doesn’t meet all the CRL requirements: Dark grey ribbed material with Horizontal ribbing on arms and torso. Separate shirt and/or separate neck seal with bib (Neck seal is dark grey or black with horizontal ribs. The bib has vertical ribbing and is the same colour and material as the undershirt. They use a light grey instead of a dark grey, and the vertical ribs on the bib below the neck seal must be the same colour and material as the shirt. In the past dark or black vertical ribs were allowed, but that has been changed quite some time ago. They still haven’t adapted this to the current standard.
AVX_Destroyer
Sorry, bad picture. Here it is up close. Interesting since it was sold to me as Level 1 ready when I received it in October 2019... Dark grey ribbed material with Horizontal ribbing on arms and torso. I can dye this darker. Separate shirt and/or separate neck seal with bib (Neck seal is dark grey or black with horizontal ribs. The bib has vertical ribbing and is the same colour and material as the undershirt. I can destitch the neck seal from the shirt.

You don’t have to remove the neckseal/bib from the shirt, it’s ok if it’s attached. The issue is the color of the shirt. The vertical ribs must be the same color as the horizontal ribs, and darker then the horizontal ribs currently are. Maybe that can be achieved with dye. AVX_Destroyer
So if I can dye the shirt and get the grey darker, the shirt would be acceptable? When was the CRL changed? Is there a grace period between CRL changes?

I don’t recall exactly when this was changed. I think more then a year ago. There hasn’t been a shoretrooper CRL change in months, and the last changes were not related to the shirt.

AVX_Destroyer
And full suit up. There are many minor things I have left to do, listed here, but pretty happy with it's current state! Any constructive criticisms would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! -Weathering! Lots and lots. -Back helmet vents to be blocked off -Shoulder bells/biceps are reversed in the picture -Lower shoulder bells and possibly biceps -E-22 lights up, but forgot to during this picture -Visor is on currently on order -Ab sides still need need to be bondo'd and painted -Touch ups with the Sahara Beige all around -Shin greeblies need to be attached, shin guards are also reversed in the picture -To fix back plate shoulder strap mounts (add new Mr Paul straps)
ScaryGuy
Moving along nicely. I think your list covers most issues. Good choice to replace those abs shoulder straps. Some observations: The helmet emblem should be an orange red color, yours looks just red. Recommended colors: PANTONE 18-1445 TPX ("Spicy Orange") Montana Gold Red Orange is a recommended match The hand plates must have an oblong recess at the front. AVX_Destroyer
I ended up using the bicep's Toyota Red 3E5, which I was told was fine at the time. I'm not going for Level 2, so I'm not too concerned. Good catch on hand plate, I hadn't thought of that one. The change seems doable. It's a BSP piece, so I'll probably have to cut into it with a Dremel, built up with some bondo behind the edge.

The CRL does say orange-red for basic, it just doesn’t have to be the exact spicy orange as It does for level 2.That said, I don’t think many GML’s will catch this.
