Zugor
I have been using the pouch templates I found on the site and have gotten to the point where I am not certain what to do. I know I am supposed to fold the flap material and sew it to the back of the pouch towards the top but what do I do with the excess back material towards the top? Or have I not done this right? I have taken these apart a few times to correct errors so I am certain I took a wrong turn somewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Aradun
Hey Zugar,In your second photo, the part that extends up in the back should be folded flush with the remaining three sides of the pouch so that the rim of the pouches top top is flush all around. To attach the flap you should fold the piece like in the photos below. Zugor
Did you fold the excess to the inside and then put the flap section on?
Aradun
Did you fold the excess to the inside and then put the flap section on? Correct. However you finished off the top front and two sides is how you’ll finish off the back. Make sure you stitch the excess and don’t just fold the excess inside. Then the top flap is attached as shown above. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
