OK, here's my second test fitting.  First with everything weathered.  Let me know what you guys think or if you see anything off.

I think it looks very good! You may have gone beyond "medium-to-heavy" to just plain "heavy" in spots but overall nicely done. Maybe back down some of the heavier bits.

Also, your TD tube needs to be weathered. Its a little on the light side.

I went a head and added some more to the tube.  Also, I took a rag of rubbing alcohol and did a quick one over to most pieces.  It's nice that you can do that without ruining it.  I always feel like I'm taking to much off, lol.

I can't wait for the CRL to be up!  Also, can't wait to get back to trooping!

I bought clips similar to those. How are you attaching them to the thermal detonator? I can fit my rivet gun at the bottom hole, but not the top hole (if that makes sense)

You should be fine with a single rivet in the bottom hole because that hole is roughly in the center of the clip. Most variants of this clip have just a single hole.

I just used zip ties.  One on each... Seemed to hold well.

That looks really nice Chris. Great job!

My only thought feedback wise is to perhaps make the strap from you cod piece tighter so that it pulls the cod under your legs a bit more. Looking at screen shots it looks like the cod wraps under the crotch area, and sits loose, but snug against the undersuit.



Keep up the great work. Hopefully the CRL will be completed soon and you can get this kit approved!
