Matt_B Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 Hi guys, I am very new to the 501st and I would love to do a Patrol Trooper as my first build. I have the sizing chart from Armoryprop shop but because I have never done this before, I was wondering if there are any tips or suggestions for taking measurements? 1. Should the measurements be taken over clothing or against skin? 2. Should the measurements for undersuit and armour be identical? (i.e. should I allow extra room for the armour measurements or will this be factored in?). 3. For some measurements, like biceps, is it a flexed or relaxed muscle measurement? 4. Should I get a tailor to do the measurements? I'd appreciate any advice especially if you have already purchased a kit from the Armoryprop shop. Cheers M
Hask Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 When i did mine i just measured against skin for both sheets, I bent my arms so my biceps for example were at their fullest. However the shin armour i measured with boots on. 1
Matt_B Posted January 28, 2020 Author Posted January 28, 2020 Hi Hask, thanks for getting back to me and for the tip. Have you found your armour and undersuit fit well? Cheers Matt
