After all, what prop maker in 82 would have thought people would be scrutinizing hi def images of their paint jobs? BikerScout007 Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Seems pretty likely that the paint spilling out over the edge is the mistake and not vice versa. Looks like the screen used snout areas have their sides angled to a degree where it's easy to see the black even if it doesn't go over the top. Some of the fan made helmets don't. I don't have any evidence to back up my assertion, just a feeling I always had.
