Patrol trooper tips

Hello, I am quite new in this forums and I have some questions about the items I should buy. 

I see must of the posts are from 2018 so I wonder if they are still valid? regardless, the 501 is quite new in Israel, only started recently, and in order to join I need to build a custom, so far I got interested in the patrol/scout and since I have no idea and no history of how to choice well and etc I thought to ask for suggestions from you, is there any tips? of where should I buy the items? or how to create some? I am aware the price will not be cheap, since the shipping and materials, but I seek a high quality ones and not cheap ones.

I see  some options there, for example the armoryrussia is the shop? (online I guess?) how is best to choice my size for example, any tips there? I don't see an English version website for the helmet for example so could be difficult.

I can make 3 sizes helmets, and all costumes are custom made upon your measurements!
