So this was my first troop after being approved as a TB.  It was a small troop but I used it as an opportunity for a shake down on my kit. The only issue I really had was my arm plates kept sliding down but other than that everything performed well. I have a fix for the arm armor issue, I will be using Velcro patches sewn into my under-suit to remedy that problem.  One thing I noticed is TB’s don’t get much love from the crowds like TK’s do.

I know due to i have two approved TK kits as well.

Congrats on the first TB troop!

Yeah, we don't always get the love. I remember being called "another kind of stormtrooper" many times, but it was cool when someone actually knew what I was by name.

The Velcro on the flight suit is a definite plus. Makes wearing the armour a bit easier.

Once I get this TB armor fully dialed in I am going to be loving it.

Me on the right wearing my Heavy Weapons Trooper TK kit. This one always gets a lot of attention from the crowd. ce966b1d8baeb6effada64ab0d74fd7f.jpg

Great looking Scout, Paul!

Stormtroopers are always going to be most people's touchstone with Star Wars.  But don't worry, you'll get plenty of people over the years coming up to you saying "Ya know, the Biker Scout was always my favorite."  Don't worry!

And make sure you start a trooping log so you can start earning patches and badges!

I haven't found that at all.  I usually get more love than the TK's I'm with.  Recommend getting some accouterments.  :)  They love my DLT-10x with the scope, putting on my binders for photos and the Ewok I have in custody in a pouch on my back...  Next on the list is some macro-binoculars.  Need a spotter when I'm with another Scout and something to use at no blaster events.

I have a DLT19X, could not use it on this troop due no blasters were allowed even though I kept my EC-17 holstered. I have binoculars as well, just wanted to keep it basic as I was doing a shake down on my TB kit. 66b5225bff47f0bf9b27b9668ed6fc9d.jpg

Looks like you got your pouches reversed.  The flat sides of the pouch flaps should be on the interior.  Other than that, I'd like to see you make a Lancer application!

Nothing beats the mobility compared to a TK. I’ll take the TB any day over my TK
