Sean Fields size helmet

Hi guys. I have a size 7 3/4 hat size and was wondering if the standard Sean Fields Shore Trooper helmet will work, or if I would need to resize it.

I'm a 7 3/8 and his bucket fits me.  I can't wear my glasses in it and it does press up against my nose a bit, but that just seems to be a general Shoretrooper helmet issue.   I found that putting padding under the eyes helps to keep it off my nose.

How much wiggle room do you have in the helmet for padding and fans ect? I wear glasses too but I have some old lenses that I plan to tape to the inside.

Maybe up the size to 105%? Or was there enough room in yours for those things?

I don't use fans but I could not imagine where'd they go in there.  Enlarging to 105% might be a good idea in that case

Awesome. I might print one in each size just to be sure to test for small fans. Best part of 3D print is that it’s not permanent. Lol.

Hey guys starting this print...one question.. in the files for the helmet there are two blast shields... one is broader.  Which should I print... what are the signifying
