BigCat13
This has probably been posted here before, but does anyone have any tips on making the visor in the Anovos Shoretrooper bucket darker? I just got one today and you can clearly see my eyes, which is the complete opposite of the crl standard.

I've done that with other helmets before and it's worked well.
TK8271 Rogue Trooper
Putting a motorcycle helmet visor tint on to the inside is the way to go, that’s what most have done. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
BigCat13
Alright, so this is my rundown of what I did. I do apologize as there are no WIP pics. I went to my local Lowe's and bought some dark window tint. After getting it home and attempting to put it on with the visor still inside the helmet, I figured the best way to progress would be to remove the visor from the helmet. The liner was tricky at first, but once I popped the hot glue (Quality Anovos) I was able to peel it back enough to pop the visor out. After playing around with a different, lighter tiny (this stuff had a sticky backing and left residue all over after I had to remove it due to bubbles and crackling), I decide to scrap the original visor and go with something else. I bought a regular clear face shield and traced the visor shape onto it and then cut it out via dremel. After I put the original static cling tint I bought before on it. Since it was flat, this made getting the bubbles and crackles out super easy. As for the black trim at the bottom, I cut that off the original visor with the trusty dremel and glued it into position on the bucket. From there, I glued in the visor and then glued the liner back down. While not exactly 100% screen accurate, I feel like it is a serious improvement from what originally came with the helmet and I am happy with it. The GML also cleared it for approval based on the current standards, so I will chalk that up as a win. A link to the finished product is here. Wouldn't let me upload the picture directly. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-2pROTMUnaQqsvZozKfahTEav54rAA9t/view?usp=drivesdk
