Armor question for Lancer

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, after celebration and meeting lots of pathfinders, I decided I wanted to go for Lancer.

This is where my problem lies. I’m a bigger guy and my armor fits well but there is one CRL that for me to meet I need some help to see if there is an armor vendor that makes a larger chest piece.

From CRL:

- Shoulder bridge covers, covering the join between the front and back of the armor, are made of white cotton webbing or elastic.

- Covers are between .5 inch and 1 inch wide.

I have an SC kit, and it works well but the should joints has about a 1.75” gap to fit me.

I’ve posted pictures to what I’ve done to my armor in the mean time, but I’m not sure if I can do lancer with my current kit or if I have to look at new armor.

Thanks in advanced.

The cover strip should be as posted in the CRL if you're going for Lancer.

Where you make up the rest is on the side straps.  Those can be as long as needed.  We've had bigger folks post this same problem and that solution has worked.  Give it a shot!

Thanks, I’ll look into that until I can get a bigger set of Armor from Spike.

There was a thread with this very same question a few months back.  I'll see if I can dig it up and you can see what that Scout did!
