Ok so I thought I had everything just about complete.  Besides a few minor fixes like keeping the shoulder bells in place (tightened the zip ties and will put in velcro), I know the cummerbund is off center.  Unfortunately this was an alteration mistake and it doesn't look like there is enough material to fix it.

Boxes are uneven too.  Anything else I am missing (other than the det in the two side pictures)?

Oh I forgot about that from one of the other lancer posts.  Thanks!

Jay, I know this has been a long build process for you, but that mon cal armor looks great on you. Super stoked to see that you're almost there.

I think you could bring your cod up a bit (maybe an inch and a half?) and that should hopefully alleviate the crunchiness that's in the photo. The misaligned back bund seam is pulling the cod elastic, which is distorting it a bit as well.

We can chat more about your bund issues in a bit. We'll get you sorted as best possible.

As whiskey said, don't forget the shoulder bell elastic. And as you mentioned, the drop boxes need some adjustment to even them out.

Looking forward to having you join as another OLG scout soon!

Added in last pic to show the back of the cummerbund.  Might actually still be salvageable.  We shall see...
