New to this forum but a veteran at 501st build.  My TK armor is ATA and my TK helmet is TM.  My question is who makes the most screen accurate biker scout helmet and armor for the best price?  I’m going to start another build in a year or so, and l  I’ve seen a couple comparison pics.  Some seem small and some seem larger but I haven’t seen anything  that compares them to screen-used helmets.

Welcome to the Pathfinders!

Whew that’s a tall order as we have several. Drop by the armory and check out the comparison threads for the different types of armor and helmets. That will give you a great cross section of makers vs accuracy.

Hey Darrell,

As Retrofire mentioned, I'd take a look at the link below -- it's a comparison of the various armor types and helmets out there juxtaposed against the screen used costume.

While the scout costume is quite accommodating to different body types, there are some kits that are scaled better for larger folks -- Altmann and WTF specifically.

Good advice above. Listen to Chopper and Retrofire.

Now actually you've asked two questions.  There is only one Armor maker that makes screen-lineage armor and that is RS Props.  So as far as accuracy is concerned, that is the highest you can get.

RS also makes the most expensive kit.

So for best price, you are going to have to accept less accuracy.  Some kits are more accurate than others, so please check out that link Chopper posted above.

Where is the proof of the lineage?

They asked questions here and now their elbow parts are off so I can't see why that's lineage. Where is the proof?

Even the certificates don't say lineage anymore.

Why is that?

You should probably ask them.
