The wife decided she DOES want to go to Celebration now, so we are trying to get enough cash together to cover the pricey hotel. If that happens i will see you there!  Not bringing any costumes this time though, but would still love to get to the Pathfinder meet up if it happens!

It really does make sense to do the photo sometime after the legion and LOTL photos. Would it be too difficult for us to try to get inside to where the Endor bunker is like in Orlando?

And I love the idea of some sort of get together for our detachment! You can count me in.

If everyone wants to do the photo inside (I heard there is a bunker again this year) that is totally fine.  However, some folks (like me....cough cough) don't have a con ticket for that day, so you'll have to Photoshop me into the pic :D

I think it would be wise to stay inside the Hyatt.  It would be convenient for most people.  Especially with the swag trade happening.  The swag area is supposed to have bars in it too!  We could probably all just meet there.

We have A LOT of really cool places here in Chicago that we could meet up, Dinner or lunch. Also there are a few places we could walk to get some really great pics. Let me know and i can "Scout" it out this weekend.

Okay folks I have signed us up for Friday 11:30am photo on the stairs

We can try to get one at the bunker too, but I don't want to exclude anyone (like myself) who may not have a ticket for the con that day.

Sigh....why did they have to pick Friday?

Howdy all. Is the photo shoot limited to folks with full costume only? I'm picking up my Patrol trooper bucket on Thurs but I don't have the full costume. I have the detachment racing shirt... Anyway, it's ok if it's limited to just full costume.

We can try to squeeze in a photo of all members, costume or not, but we may be pressed for time as there are other Detachments before and after us waiting for their photo shoot.

By the way, I have a Pathfinders Detachment flag from the run they did on the legion board last year. Should I bring it for the group photo?

We are definitely going to be there now!  So i will find you guys at the swag trade... or anywhere we all meet up.  (i'll keep checking this thread for any changes) If you do an "all members costume or not" photo, id like to make that as well. I'll be sure to wear my Pathfinders shirt that day :)

See you all there!

FYI, the group pic might be directly against the Episode IX panel.

Good news is that it's a virtual queue this year and everyone will know before hand if you got into the panel or not.

Yeah that's an unfortunate side effect of having all the photos scheduled for Friday.  They had a no-win situation when trying to pick a time so someone was going to be unhappy.

I get the problem with the scheduling. It's always going to be a losing situation for someone. This is my first Celebration so I wanted to do the big panel at least once but I really wanted to do all the group shots too. Least with the lottery system I'll be heading into SWCC with a clear plan what I can attend.

Hey Pathfinders!

We are getting closer and closer to SWCC and details finally seem to be solidifying on the photo.  It looks like the 501st Legion photo will take place on Friday, April 12 at 10am, followed by the Ladies of the Legions photo at 10:30am.

Details about the location may be found here:

PATHFINDERS PHOTO:  FRIDAY, 11:30AM ON THE STAIRS (after the Legion photo)

PATHFINDERS MEETUP:  TBD, but so far the Friday night swag trade seems a good place for it.

But again, I am open to your suggestions.  So please feel free to post your thoughts, and if you are from the Chicago area, feel free to fill in some of our knowledge gaps.

Can you Change the time of PATHFINDERS PHOTO? Because the Panel of Episode IX is same time...
