Red stripe on topper

What type of red do you guys use for the strip on the topper?  Flat red?  Gloss red?

I noticed too some paint a line narrower than the entire strip.

Most of us use pin stripping. It usually comes in a satin tone or gloss.

My SC came with a sticker so I just used that.   On my Strider kit I painted it flat red.   It's not going to affect basic or Lancer as long as the color is close
